Coupled with the web site renovations, Elliance designed a creative strategy for
Black Box using Elliance\'s email product, ennectMail, to distribute product
promotions to potential customers on Black Box's e-mail list.

Within the first two months of using ennectMail, Black Box Corporation's
click-through rates catapulted to new heights. 28 percent of businesses who received
the promotional email clicked on the link to view the offer. According to
MarketingSherpa, Inc., the average click-through rate for a segmented promotional
campaign is approximately 6.68 percent.
